Tip to Take Into your Weekend

This weekend try and spend some time outside in nature.  Sit or take a walk.  Get away from the television, your phone, ipod and computer.  Take a break from all the things that pull you out of the moment you are in.  Practice focusing your attention and being present. Experience your life with all of your senses.
