Module 1: Rewiring Your Brain for Clarity, Peace, and Focus

This week you will learn mindfulness techniques to stop stress from controlling your life. The videos and e-workbook contain practical instructions for tools that you can use in a wide range of situations.

Module 2: Finding Your Mantra

The second week will be an in-depth look at how to use mantras, affirmations, and other mindfulness tools to redirect your mind from negative thought patterns. Learn practical exercises you can weave throughout your day to transform impatience, irritability, and self-sabotaging habits.

Module 3: Deepening Your Practice

This week’s module covers tools for deepening your awareness and presence. Learn how to release toxic relationship patterns and how to mindfully improve communication in all areas of your life.

Module 4: Healing and Acceptance

Week four will focus on ways to release resentment, blame, and grudges while cultivating forgiveness and healing. You will explore tools for clearing away the past while making room for growth and beauty in the present.

About Your Teachers

Barb Schmidt

A practitioner of mindfulness and meditation for over 30 years, Barb Schmidt is the author of the internationally bestselling book The Practice: Simple Tools for Managing Stress, Finding Inner Peace, and Uncovering Happiness. Over the years, she has been on over 100 retreats and studied with teachers around the world from Deepak Chopra to the Dalai Lama. In 2011, she founded the nonprofit organization Peaceful Mind Peaceful Life. She has taught meditation workshops at Nova Southeastern University and at Florida Atlantic University as part of the Peace, Justice & Human Rights Initiative. She currently teaches monthly workshops at Boca Raton Regional Hospital as part of the Peaceful Mind Peaceful Life® Wellness Series.
