Room: Women's Institute Classroom
Join us for a month-long mindfulness meditation course led by Barb Schmidt. The curriculum will include ways to develop and deepen your mindfulness meditation practice. You will also learn how to use mantras, affirmations, and other mindfulness tools to redirect your mind from negative thought patterns. Throughout this course you will have the opportunity to try a variety of mindfulness techniques to help increase your focus and boost your productivity. Students will receive a course book and journal. The final date of the course will be a celebration dinner with a certificate ceremony for everyone who has completed the course.
Commitment: Saturdays: Feb 2nd, 9th, 16th, and March 2nd 9 am to 2 pm
